The MKS Mobile Kitchen Shell from Red Fern Dynamics is a patent-pending mobile kitchen frame design that has been created specifically to allow ALL National, State and Local Electric, LP Gas and Plumbing codes to be met. This is NOT a cargo trailer. The frame design of a standard cargo trailer does not allow for the electric to be installed to meet National codes, nor can it meet the synergistic location code requirements of all systems that need to be installed into a mobile kitchen. Water System
3 Bay Sink, Separate Hand Sink, 30-gallon fresh and 50-gallon gray water tanks, city fill with backflow prevention and drain. Our sink system has all the feasible options designed into the set up to give you the maximum flexibility for installation of your choice of electric or LP water heater, 120-v or 12-v water pump and even the installation of a grease trap. The front cabinet face is removable for easy access. Stainless Steel braided hoses are installed at each faucet, pump, and water heater location. All “wet lines” are internal. The sink system and the fresh water tank sits in and over their own “bathtub”.
Propane System
Propane Tank Cage to house (2) 100-lb propane tanks, with 950,000 BTU regulator, and high-pressure flex hoses, LP Gas line system from regulator with master shutoff valve and union fittings for service to the proposed firewall.
