Our hood profile was specifically designed for use on mobile platforms as we understand the space constraints posed by these unique builds. Our premium hoods are made entirely of 18-gauge Stainless Steel, not 20-gauge or a combination of stainless steel and galvanized metal like most of our competitors. They are designed to meet and exceed all NFPA 96 requirements and are ETL compliant. Our hoods have been used by industry professionals for over 11 years and have never failed an inspection.
Our Type 1 Hood has been designed for the Mobile Food industry to be used over cooking equipment up to 700 degrees to remove heat, smoke and grease laden vapors.
 
General Specifications.
· Constructed of 18 Gauge 430 Stainless Steel.
· 4” front cap, 37.5” front to back and 24” back to maintain proper filter angle
· All Exterior joints are continuous weld with automatic tig welder providing a seamless unit.
· All interior joints are sealed liquid tight with 3M Fire Barrier
· Continuous tig weld across the length of the filter baffle flange providing increased strength and durability
· The design and fabrication meet all NFPA 96, NSF and U.L. 710 specifications
· All hoods come with an integrated grease trough designed to convey the grease from the filters into the grease cup
· The grease filters are all UL listed Stainless Steel 20” tall filters in a variety of sizes
· Depending on the length of the hood you will have one or two Stainless Steel grease cups
· 2 Year limited warranty
